Career Resource Center Driven Outplacement Has All The Tools.
When companies must close a facility or reduce their workforce in large numbers, OPI provides industry-leading Career Resource Centers that offer ongoing career transition services to affected employees throughout the entire term of the closure or downsizing. Nobody in the outplacement industry offers a more robust, employee-centric service.
For Client Companies: Career Resource Center – Organizational Outplacement Services.
Before the doors of the Career Resource Center open and begin serving affected employees, OPI outplacement consultants work with client companies on a number of fronts to ensure the best possible outcomes. Staffing decisions are made and Career Center Manager(s), Job Developer(s), and administrative support personnel are selected based on the client company’s needs. OPI’s team of outplacement experts thoroughly research the culture, economics, and demographics of the location in order to customize the center’s services and work with management to ensure the programs and services are correctly positioned with employees. OPI’s outplacement materials are then adapted and customized for the location. All public and private resources are identified and integrated into a master program for the location(s), including all appropriate use of potential government grants and funding. In fact, we provide to many of our clients comprehensive TAA, and ATAA umbrella, and individual grant petition and application processes as a standard component of the outplacement process.
For Affected Employees: Career Resource Center – Candidate Outplacement Services.
