Leading Through Transition
Leading Through Transition is a transitional workforce management-training program for managers and supervisors. It is designed to assist them in successfully leading their employees through the closure process without creating conflict with their own career objectives. The program is preceded with a one day consultation and preparation with key senior managers. Group and individual follow-up is available and provided as necessary.
