Notifier Training
The Notifier Training workshops will assist executives, managers and supervisors as they conduct the separation meeting. We focus on being concise while retaining the employees’ sense of dignity and self-esteem. Delivering news of reductions in force, and layoffs is never pleasant; however, it is an essential managerial responsibility that should be handled in a professional manner. Leading Through Transition
Leading Through Transition is a transitional workforce management-training program for managers and supervisors. It is designed to assist them in successfully leading their employees through the closure process without creating conflict with their own career objectives. The program is preceded with a one day consultation and preparation with key senior managers. Group and individual follow-up is available and provided as necessary.
