We have, by far the most experienced staff of any project driven outplacement firm that we know of.  Each professional has extensive experience, a proven track record for helping candidates find new positions, and understands what it takes to help people navigate through career transitions.

How strong is your support material for candidates ?

We have spent years continuously developing some of the most in-depth, relevant, and world-class training support material in the outplacement industry, outlining advanced strategies and techniques for job searches and career transitions. OPI’s books and videos are updated more often than any outplacement provider we know of, and we have leveraged all forms of social media for the benefit of our candidates.

How much feedback do you give clients ?

We are metric driven.  You’ll get more than an invoice from us.  In fact, we offer detailed project reporting on every aspect of the services so you can fully understand your ROI.  Clients who choose us (Alcoa, Bosch, Coca-Cola, Denso, Pilot, John Deere, etc) tell us they have never seen anything like it and that our feedback helps them demonstrate the cost benefit of outplacement.

How competitive is your pricing ?

We are usually 15 to 20 percent lower than our competitors for executive and professional services and 10 to 15 percent lower for services directed toward non exempt and hourly employees.

Will you be discreet ?

We know how critical discretion is to our clients.  In fact, many of our clients chose us in the first place because they felt they could trust us, and they continue to choose us because we proved them right.

How strong are your relationships with local business, civic leaders, and government agencies ?

Our leadership team and outplacement consultants have deep roots in many industries (auto, health care, telecom, service) and have strong and active relationships with business owners, executives, hiring professionals, and civic leaders.  This is what drives our in sourcing, and civic relationship development through being ” Tied In.”
