Many of our Associates are SHRM Certified which has allowed us over the years to not only deliver outplacement services but, assist our clients in many of the day to day HR activities associated with a RIF. We help with WARN, Adverse Impact, EAP Coordination, Employee Relations, etc.
Further, a number of our Associates are Certified Resume Writers and Career Coaches. This provides a level of assurance to those that we work with. We take our business seriously. We invest in the ongoing education and development of our Associates so that they may provide our clients with the most current job search strategies and tactics available.
