LANCASTER — The Ohio Tax Credit Authority on Monday approved tax credits for two companies planning to add at least 70 jobs in Fairfield County. B. Hubbard Enterprises is an Oklahoma company that builds heavy-duty workover rigs and portable drilling rigs for the oil and gas industry. It received approval for a 40 percent, seven-year job creation tax credit. The company plans to hire at least 40 people and generate $1.7 million in payroll during the next three years at the former Pugh building on Quarry Road.
